We are 100-110 yds. from the beach, and we have an easement so you can just walk right accross the dunes (less than a 2 minute walk).Mile marker 21 access road is just a couple of houses north of ours, so you can also access the beach via your 4X4 there. There are a couple of houses in front of us on the beach lots, but our house sits on a hill and has beautiful views of the ocean from the decks, the great room and 5 out of the 6 bedrooms |
